Frank E. Corral, Founder and President
Welcome to the University of Transnational Business Law website. I have a broad education in the principles and practices relevant in today’s complex business world. My interest in world cultures and Global History inspired me to study international business and international laws. My family name has a deep history in law dating back to Don Diego del Corral y Arellano, professor of law in the University of Salamanca, attorney of the Real Audiencia y Chancillería de Valladolid (1608), attorney and advisor of the Consejo de Hacienda (1612 -
My degrees focused on; International dimensions of organizational behavior and fiscal responsibility, leadership applications, International Human Resource Management, cultural diversity and how to maximize efficiency of a diverse workforce, Business development, operations management, marketing management, technology management, and strategy management within the context of electronic commerce, Logistics, Import-
I also studied World Politics, Geology, Natural Disasters, environmental issues, environmental compliance and sustainability, Human rights and corporate responsibility, Asian culture and the Manderin Chinese language.
I have also worked for some of the largest corporations in the world. I have a solid foundation in business essentials and strategies in the vast landscape of global business challenges emerging and developing in international markets reaching far beyond the borders of the United States.
After Graduating from Arizona State University I continued operating my businesses.
The more people and businesses I interacted with the more I realized the general public was starving for information.
since the recession hit everyone had the economy and politics on their mind. They were searching for answers and didn't know where to look. They all knew the news media is biased but they didn't know why. I would spend more time explaining why the economy is the way it is, why business is so slow or why congress or the president doesn't do something about it than almost anything else.
After months of research I knew if the public wants to get the answers they need to get educated way beyond their own neighborhod, city, state or even the country's political agenda. After much thought I new I had to start my own Firm Transnational Business Law. After starting Transnational Business Law I began to recognize just how few international lawyers there are and how uninformed or ilinformed they were about how world politics affects international trade. I set out to teach anyone willing to lean about International Business Law and founded the University of Transnational Business law so anyone anywhere can persue an unbiased, uncorrupted education in business law at an affordable price at their own pace.
The university is an autonomous institution at the heart of societies differently organised because of geography and historical heritage; it produces, examines, appraises and hands down culture by research and teaching. To meet the needs of the world around it, its research and teaching must be morally and intellectually independent of all political authority and economic power. Therefore in behalf of The University of Transnational Business Law we have vowed to follow the principals of THE MAGNA CHARTA UNIVERSITATUM on 09/07/2014.
